This is a fantastic opportunity to join the largest surgical trainees’ association in the UK and Ireland, working alongside the current ASiT Council to promote excellence in surgical training and education.

Foundation Doctor Ambassadors:

The recruitment of Foundation Doctor Regional Ambassadors within each Foundation School will allow ASiT to directly communicate with Foundation cohorts across the country. This will aim to ensure any relevant issues are raised directly with ASiT Council and Executive, as well as allowing dissemination of opportunities and resources for Foundation Doctors interested in pursuing a surgical career.

Medical Student Ambassadors:

The recruitment of Medical Student Ambassadors within each Medical School will allow ASiT to directly communicate with student cohorts across the country. This will aim to ensure any relevant issues are raised directly with ASiT Council and Executive, as well as allowing dissemination of opportunities and resources for medical students interested in pursuing a surgical career.
