ASiT50 and NHS Forest Collaboration
Celebrating ASiT’s 50th anniversary through a partnership with NHS Forest, supporting tree planting and a greener future for the NHS.
As part of ASiT50: The Next Era, we are proud to announce a new partnership with NHS Forest, supporting greener healthcare environments and long-term environmental sustainability.
To mark the 50th anniversary of ASiT, we are sponsoring the planting of 50 trees through NHS Forest. This symbolic initiative reflects our commitment to creating a positive legacy that extends beyond the conference itself, supporting biodiversity, staff wellbeing, and greener NHS spaces across the UK.
Conference delegates will also have the opportunity to contribute directly to this initiative. When registering for ASiT50, delegates can choose to sponsor additional trees, with all contributions donated directly to NHS Forest. Each tree planted represents a small individual action that contributes to a meaningful, long-term environmental impact.
ASiT50 celebrates the past, present, and future of surgical training while looking ahead to the next era. We invite delegates to join us in supporting this initiative and helping to grow a greener future for the NHS.
