Emily Mills

Emily is a CT2 with a General Surgery Theme in the South East. She was elected to Executive Committee to hold the role of Yearbook and App Editor in 2022-2023 and then Treasurer for 2023-2025. Prior to this, she was the Foundation Representative for ASiT. Emily graduated from Brighton & Sussex Medical School in 2020 and also completed a BSc in Functional and Clinical Anatomy at the University of Bristol. She has been a keen advocate of surgical research collaboratives and has been on both the STARSurg and EuroSurg Steering Committees. She was a surgical-oncology themed Academic Foundation Trainee at the University of Cambridge, where she was also an undergraduate clinical supervisor. During her tenure, she aims to ensure that high quality financial regulations are implemented and followed by the Association.
