Sailesh Partheeban

Sailesh is a General Surgical Registrar in the beautiful city of Bath. Although originally hailing from the sunny twin isles of Trinidad and Tobago, he has been a nomad of many specialties and locales before choosing surgical training. Formerly a Severn Deanery Core Surgical Trainee, he seeks to preserve and progress the standard of training within that deanery and represent his colleagues' (now dear friends) needs at the ASIT council. He can often be found teaching Medical Students, Foundation years, and 'SHO' grades how to problem solve clinically using surgical first principles. He has career aspirations within minimally invasive GI Surgery and looks forward to the bright future as both the research and technology for that field grows.
