Nathan Walker
Vice President
Nathan is an ST5 ENT registrar in the North West, currently out of program pursuing a PhD in the field of childhood hearing loss. He has been awarded the highly prestigious NIHR Doctoral Fellowship and Honorary Research Fellowship with RCS England to help complete his research. He has a strong interest in surgical education, mentorship, and digital innovation.
Nathan has been an active member of ASiT Council and executive for several years covering a number of roles before being elected Vice President in March 2025. As Vice President, Nathan works closely with the Presidential Team to deliver ASiT’s strategic objectives, strengthen trainee representation, and promote innovation and excellence in surgical training. In addition, Nathan chairs the Robotic and Digital Surgery Trainees Committee (RADiST), leading national efforts to advance training and innovation in digital surgery and robotics.
He is passionate about improving the training experience for surgeons at all stages and fostering collaboration and wellbeing across the surgical community.
