Alice Luesley

Alice is a clinical fellow, soon to be ST3 in General Surgery in Yorkshire and the Humber. She has a wide range of interests including teaching and education, previously holding the position of Training Director for the sex and relationship education charity Sexpression:UK. Her academic interests include cancer care and research, completing an MSc in Genomic Medicine and having ongoing involvement in cancer research projects.

She joined ASiT as a regional representative for Yorkshire and the Humber in 2024 and was elected onto Executive Council in 2026, she loves the wide variety of ways that ASiT advocates for and supports surgical trainees and looks forward to using her role to maintain the financial security of ASiT to they can continue to support future surgeons.
