Mayur Gami

Mayur Gami is a urology specialty trainee in the East of England. He has completed a National Medical Director’s Clinical Fellowship at NHS England, where he worked across planned care, digital transformation, referral optimisation and resident doctor training. His work has focused on ensuring that innovation improves care delivery while also strengthening training, supervision and trainee voice.

He holds an MSc in Surgical Sciences from the University of Oxford, with training in system leadership, innovation, improvement, evidence based healthcare and surgical education. He brings experience in digital pathways, simulation, global surgery, service redesign and technology enabled training, including partnership based innovation in low resource settings. Through ASiT, he aims to help trainees shape the future of surgery and ensure innovation develops with trainees, not around them.
