Kenneth McLean

Kenneth McLean is a core surgical trainee in South-East Scotland and the Innovation Lead at the Association of Surgeons in Training (ASiT). He has recently completed a PhD in surgical innovation focusing on how to implement novel digital health interventions in surgical practice, and brings with him a background in digital health / artificial intelligence, implementation science, and collaborative research. He is committed to supporting and advocating for efforts to bring the Future of Surgery report into the present so that surgical trainees, patients, and healthcare systems can all benefit from robustly evidenced and effective innovations.
