ASiT Foundation Skills in Mentoring 5th & 6th July

We’re pleased to announce that as part of our ongoing ASiT Mentoring Scheme, we will be delivering an online mentoring course, Foundation Skills in Mentoring, this July 5th and 6th for all those who wish to participate in the scheme as mentors.

This course has been designed to equip mentors with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide high-quality support and guidance to their mentees. It will cover key aspects of effective mentoring, communication techniques, and best practices in fostering professional development.

Please note that completion of this course will be mandatory for all mentors who wish to become mentors within the ASiT Mentoring Programme.

We’re excited to support our mentors through this initiative and look forward to your participation in helping shape the next generation of surgical trainees.
