Mr Mano Shanmuganathan

Mr Mano Shanmuganathan is Consultant Paediatric and Adult Neurosurgeon based in Northern Ireland.
He graduated from University of Leeds and trained in Yorkshire, Scotland and undertook Paediatric Neurosurgical fellowship training in Great Ormond Street Hospital, London prior to taking his Consultant post in Belfast.
He is the Regional Surgical Advisor for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh , Clinical Director for Surgical Specialities in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, Belfast and one of the founding Committee members of the NI Foundation Trainees Surgical Society.
He also survived being stranded on a Pacific desert island for 35 days as part of ‘Treasure Island,’ a TV show hosted by Bear Grylls.
