This workshop is tailored for junior trainees looking to bolster their hands-on skills in plastic surgery, a vital component for honing their competence as junior registrars. The program will immerse participants in key procedures, including tendon repairs, local skin flap techniques, the fundamental principles of microsurgery, and, if circumstances allow, a practical session on K-wire applications. We'll provide personalized feedback to each participant, evaluating their performance using OSATs (Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills), so they can refine their abilities and build confidence in these critical tasks.
