Ms Rosie Stanton

Rosie Stanton is a consultant breast cancer surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals. She completed her oncoplastic fellowship in Nottingham. She has a passion for breast conservation surgery and an interest in the benefits of day case surgery for breast cancer patients. Her team have expanded the use of day case surgery in oncoplastics, to around 96% of all cases. Rosie has performed qualitative research looking at patient satisfaction with day case stays. She has a practise which moves breast cancer surgery from big operations with whole breast reconstruction to one shot oncoplastic day cases. Rosie is the breast representative for training on the Wessex STC and is an AES and clinical supervisor.
